“Please tell me I don’t have to kill someone this week for you. It’s Christmas!”

When an Earth Lord goes missing nine days before Christmas, the Reweaving ritual is compromised, threatening the very stability of the World Walls. With only two days remaining to salvage the ritual, Nikki Jeffries, the Horseman Death, must find the Earth Lord. But who can she trust? Enemies come in many shapes, and Nikki will need to trust her instincts as she unravels the mystery of Lucia’s disappearance. The Solstice Covenant protects everyone—but at least one person in the North Pole is willing to break it to stop…what?

Who is willing to break the Covenant? Where is Lucia? And why was she taken? What role does the handsome Jack Frost play?

And can Nikki find the answers before time runs out?

Reviews:

The world of Snow combines the stories of childhood and the world of adulthood, with a dash of mythology thrown in for good measure. Figures we know well appear, not as the idealized characters of childish dreams, but as ordinary people with their own worries, problems, and fears. Believable characters populate a world where anything seems possible. A world similar to our own, where theology lies hand in hand with the metaphysical without batting an eye. The twists and turns of a single event is crystalized for our viewing in this story. Though it is short, it packs all the punch of a good novel. It is one of those stories that has you asking ‘What next?’ right to the very end. And even beyond it.
by B.A.E. Fraser

Snow is a great quick read, filled with interesting twists on Mythology and Theology that meet in a world not all the different from our own. The Characters are well developed through the many plots twists that keep you turning to the next page and hoping for another book to follow the characters further into their world. A simple must read… 5 snowflakes out of 5
